Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Basic Needs & Security
What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

I made myself Gardein Fishless Fillets with a side of white rice and coleslaw. Also, a lemon wedge for that extra hint of citrus. To prepare these, I usually follow the package instructions, but let them bake a little longer in my air fryer so that they get nice and crispy.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Climate & Ecosystems

Planting trees is good for your mental health as it provides a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It is also good for your physical health as it involves physical activity and exposure to fresh air.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I have minimized the "unnecessary" purchases such as a new outfit. Instead, I set those funds aside to be used towards an eco-friendly purchase in the near future.
