    This took more thought and mindfulness than I had anticipated. I have had to google how to use skins of fruit to make teas and fertilizers for plants. I love that I am figuring out alternative uses for things...and also, it is awesome to have a friend with pets to feed her animals the green tops of carrots to.

    Tracking my spending habits has me asking the question Why? Why do I buy coffee at Starbucks when I have perfectly good coffee at home? Why do I buy groceries without inventorying what I already have? So I feel like I am on my way of tracking my spending...but now I need to start putting habits in place so that I don't shop before taking stock of what I already have. And figuring out how I can use what I have before buying more...

    Practicing work-life balance allows me to devote time and energy on other goals in my life. Focusing on Family & Friendships and other things that bring joy to my life.
