    I made chia pudding with vegan yogurt, blueberries, honey and hint of vanilla. Leave in the fridge over night and enjoy in the morning.

    I made a roasted cauliflower soup. It was simple, roasted cauliflower in the oven, blend them with vegetable broth and season to taste!
