Martha Burnett 4/18/2023 5:06 AMI practice mindfulness while doing my morning walk of 2 miles. I let my mind wonder, listen to the birds and other animals. Spot the differnent animals like, rabbit, foxes, deer, Shunk (oh my) Just take the time and pleasure of starting a new day. -
