    For me, practicing work-life balance creates a more sustainable life for me by promoting mental and physical well-being, reducing stress, and preventing burnout. It helps me improve relationships with my family and friends and participation in activities I enjoy <3. In addition, it contributes to unplug and thus, energy saving

    Today I cooked vegan meatballs. They are delicious, I share the recipe with you so you can try them too!

    MEATBALLS WITH TOMATO SAUCE
    INGREDIENTS

     200 gr. of fine texturized soybeans
     A tablespoon of fresh parsley
     One clove of chopped garlic
     150 gr. ground bread
     Salt
     Black pepper
     50 gr. bread crumbs
     2-3 tablespoons soy milk
     Flour for coating
     Olive oil
     Tomato sauce
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Hydrate the soybeans in water and drain.
    2. Add the parsley and garlic to the soybeans and half of the ground bread.
    3. Season with salt and pepper and add the other half of the ground bread.
    4. Crumble the bread and sauté the crumbs with the milk. Drain the crumbs.
    5. Add the crumbs to the mixture.
    6. Make balls with your hands and coat them with flour. Let them rest for a few minutes.
    7. Brown them in a frying pan with plenty of oil and leave them on kitchen paper.
    8. Introduce the meatballs in the sauce.
