    I've lowered my "miscellaneous" budget and challenged myself to only purchase things we need.

    It is easy for me to listen to the other party and hold my questions to the end. It's also easy to ask for clarity when needed. My best tip is to listen for understanding and not to respond.

    Too much screen time can lead to obesity, sleep problems, chronic neck and back problems, depression, anxiety and lower test scores in children
