What is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?

1,068 gal/day vs typical 1,800 gal/day average. Lower than usual being an occasional meat eater, non-car driver, and having efficient fixtures. New York utilities look more water intensive than the average! And meat of any amount makes such a big difference.

My flights really drive my emissions! With international weddings, paying more attention to my electric provider and eating even less meat (I am already only at 2 times a week) will be important!

Why is it important to honor native and indigenous peoples and cultures? What have you learned that is important to you? If you identify with or are a member of an indigenous group, how does your community practice sustainability?

I love my salads! Arugula with crisp veggies, roasted veggies, and a grain is so versatile. Highly recommend experimenting day to day with this!
