    We usually set aside up to a week every year for a staycation. Our favorite spots to visit are a beaches in Newport, RI and Provincetown, MA. We also love visiting local museums.

    I have a low water footprint. A good tip I learned: Put a bucket in the shower while you’re waiting for the water to warm up, and use the water you catch for watering plants, flushing the toilet or cleaning. Surprised to learn that recycling also saves water.
