    A culture that spends too much time inside and on screens miss important personal interactions with people and nature. A healthy balance will help to relax, enjoy life and have a more positive attitude.

    If you don’t have worklife balance you will wear yourself out and burnout can happen. It is important to take time for yourself to recharge and connect with family and friends. I am passionate about my work and helping others. It’s important that I give my best everyday and can only do that if I can give that same passion and attention to other important parts of my life.
