This weekend I brought my 3 kids, ages 2, 4, and 6, to an EarthDay cleanup organized by Buffalo Niagara Waterkeepers. I was reflecting that getting them thinking about sustainability and establishing norms to reduce waste is one of the biggest investments I can make.
