Kim Dunham 4/30/2023 8:53 PMI am so much better at work AND home when I'm balanced in life. When I remember to focus on the good and take time for ME. Taking a 20/30/40 minute walk each day energizes me, keeps me calm with fresh air and movement, and clears my mind. -
