    It was a great month taking charge and being more aware of myself, the environment, energy usage and helping others.

    I am so much better at work AND home when I'm balanced in life. When I remember to focus on the good and take time for ME. Taking a 20/30/40 minute walk each day energizes me, keeps me calm with fresh air and movement, and clears my mind.

    It was amazing! Lots of fresh vegetables and used garbanzo beans for the first time in a recipe. I love them but have never used them before at home.
