    My next one would be washing dishes and laundry! I definitely tend to use a lot of water in those areas of my personal life. Hoping to create more positive habits around water conservation and teach them to my peers and family!

    Practicing mindfulness for me is never the same. It comes in different forms and is really up to the individual. I learn something new each time and feel closer to my inner self the more I practice!
