    I save the parts of the vegetables that I do not use for a later date when I make bone broth. I use the bone broth when I cook my dog's food. I use the banana peels on the ground around my meyer's lemon tree. The skins provides nutrients that the tree loves.

      LOVE! I have been doing this for years. I put all my veggie scraps in a freezer bag. When I have collected enough I make a veggie broth for all my soup/stew bases. Soooo good & super easy!

    A beautiful afternoon and evening in Charlotte, NC. I made a point of going outside and working in my garden and then some quiet time reflecting on my day. I felt completely recharged. Cannot wait to make this part of my regular routine.

      I'm building a greenhouse from 2x4's for the frame and salvaged window's I source from all over the place. I can't wait to finish it! My oldest daughter is going to propagate succulents and sell them this summer so she can learn some entrepreneurship. I LOVE succulents of all kinds & have them everywhere. Pic is for example

    Eliminated subscriptions that I no longer use a/o have forgotten about. This has reduced my monthly costs by over $ 100. I am now going to review the subscriptions that I want to maintain and see if there are lower cost options.
