    Basic life skills youth outreach that helps vulnerable teens in our community stay off the streets and keep drug free.
    Our local BGC was also fun to visit and get to know the people who volunteer there on a regular basis.

    Don’t just hear what the other person is saying but listen, which is a lot harder todo when you feel triggered or defensive. The best thing todo when you feel this way is to take a moment to yourself to balance.

    Vegan chilli with extra spice and vegetarian margarita flat bread with extra mushrooms and tomatoes.
    I’ve been a vegetarian for over 20 years and my goal this year was to try more vegan recipes.

    Happy people are more receptive to change and tend to be more open to new ideas and ways of thinking. If you’re stressed and on edge you’re more likely to shut others ideas down before you can even process it.
