Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?
getting down at ground level, feeling the dirt in your hands, smelling the clean air as you are digging touches all your senses in a very primal way. it connects our physical health with mental and spiritual. It gives me time to slow down, breath and reflect.
The wet and cold days we have endured during fall/winter lead to these beauties on Main Campus that on walks motivate even if a little wet today. shout out to all those who keep our campus looking beautiful for rest of us to enjoy.
I joined because each one of us can make a difference in having equitable sustainability. As BIPOC person I know that the unprivileged are most going to be hurt by climate change and unless sustainability is taken in equitable way, the planet will be even more of haves versus have nots.
