My goal is to limit the number of plastic water bottles I use. Instead of using a plastic water bottle, I will carry around a jug to reduce plastic waste.

I will save up to 6 gallons (23 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers. Tip: Use a timer to practice or count to 60 a few times.

My goal is to be more conscious about recycling. Before, I would throw everything into one garbage can and throw it away. Now, I am trying to separate plastics and other garbage.

I will replace 120 minute(s) per day typically spent inside (computer time, watching television, etc.) with quality time outside exercising, enjoying the sunrise/sunset, gardening, journaling, or practicing gratitude for nature.

To reduce CO2 emissions each day, I will cut my car trip mileage by only taking necessary trips.
