      Hi Anne, depending on where you live, there are definitely some options available to do litter clean-up regularly. I adopted my block for clean up. I live in Washington, but I think most participants are in Portland and surrounding areas.

    Since I can remember I always carried all my waste with me and discard them once home or a nearby recycle bin. I've been recycling glass, paper, and plastic since the bins have been available to me.

    Here are the recipes: Lentil Sweet Potato Stew with Kale - Running on Real Food & Thai Yellow Curry » Dassana's Veg Recipes (vegrecipesofindia.com) . I adapted the last recipe with veggies I had at home and used a yellow curry paste already made :)
    My tip: for the kale recipe: add ginger to your taste!
