Paula Graf 4/19/2023 2:30 PMI listed to a talk by Dr Ayan Payja about wellness - it was humbling to hear someone else's experiences on small changes they made to improve their own health like belly breathing for destressing and massaging your rib cage for energy. -
Paula Graf 4/19/2023 2:27 PMMy favorite online retailer - ThredUp an online consignment store has badges that calculate their shoppers Eco Impact. This challenge drew my eyes to my how much driving emissions (5,418 lbs), gallons of water (52,806) and energy (10,396) saved in all the years I've been shopping with them! Wowzers! -

REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
Paula Graf 4/13/2023 8:53 AMWhen I shop for produce I skip the plastic bags altogether. I wash my produce so no need to bother with creating more waste. -
