    I learned an outdoor mindful technique. Blow bubbles. It's a good way for focusing, deep breathing and a fun way to practice mindfulness.

    Netflix series Down to Earth with Zac Efron. Zac travels around the world to find healthy, sustainable ways to live. I learned that education is an essential factor in the fight against climate change. It provided knowledge to tackle the consequences of global warming, encourages to change and adapt to what is already a global emergency.
