michelle hartman 4/04/2023 7:00 AMEating Our Way to Extinction hosted by Kate Winslet. The most important thing I learned is the connectedness of people, planet, food, animals, climate, and urgency. I now have a broad understanding of how my actions (including food choices) affect the environment and impact on climate.
