    I have a daily 15 minute daily mediation practice for the past few years. it has become a non-negotiable part of my day. It helps me tackle the day from a grounded position.

    by having accountability partners I have committed to using reusable cups for my daily beverages at Starbucks. I already do this for my daily water, but it was a shift to bring an additional cup and bring it with me.
