I will do one or more of the following actions in my yard or community to conserve water and improve habitat: plant indigenous plants, landscape with water-efficient plants, add mulching, replace a lawn, and/or use eco-friendly fertilizers.

We live in a new community. Unfortunately, builders often clear cut to build the houses and then plant trees that may or may not be indigenous to the area. It was total wellbeing to plan a trees this weekend because we are attempting to restore nature- plus it is indigenous and pretty.

I love how technology is used for this Ecochallenge!! Thanks so much for organizing and inviting us all to participate! No one person can do it all but together, we can each do just a little to make difference!
