Swati Joshi 4/21/2023 6:14 AMThis month has been insanely busy, but because of my commitment to creating work-life balance as part of the ecochallenge, I've learned that carving out even short breaks during my day to step away from my computer, take a walk, or eat mindfully really helps me get through even the busiest days without getting burned out! -
Swati Joshi 4/07/2023 8:27 PMI joined the challenge because I know that small actions add up and I wanted to be part of a bigger movement to make ourselves and our planet better than we were before. I hope that I will carry at least some of my actions forward well past this month. It’s truly inspiring to see what my teammates are doing!
