A culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens may face a variety of challenges related to physical and mental health, social interaction, creativity, and communication. It's important to find a balance between using technology as a tool to enhance our lives and engaging in activities that promote physical activity, social interaction, and creativity.

Makes me grateful for my surroundings and also gives me the satisfaction of livelihood. We recently got a Cabana in our community park, it was nice as people could sit on the benches there to escape the scorching Sun!

Whenever I feel like I need(compulsive) to buy something, I wait for a few days (3-4 days). After that period of time if I still feel like I need that item and will use it for sure; only then I buy it.

I believe this is my small step for a bigger change in the environment we all wish to see. What better way to empower others than by sharing our positive deeds for this challenge?
