Hannah Kliphan 4/27/2023 2:44 PMI tried tofu for the first time by making tofu tacos. The tofu itself was rather bland but the taco seasonings did okay at covering the taste. The texture wasn't great though. I wasn't able to get the tofu to brown so it was squishy and a little gross. The rest of the taco fixings helped disguise the texture slightly. I'm not sure if I would try it again.
