what a pretty day to be outside - cloudy yet bursts of blue sky .... I went for a walk to the local library and picked out a plant from their plant sale.... then walked to the post office to get the mail from Saturday and then home.

Our family is using this Eco Challenge to move toward "clean eating" Yesterday we did meal prep for the week - one of my favorites is the fresh dill black garlic veggie (red pepper, tomatoe, Persian cucumber and celery) chopped salad. I was going to use apple cider vinegar with the mother for the dressing with some olive oil but the balsamic glaze was the winner!
