Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

Very peaceful and uplifting. It is important to come back to yourself and realize what is important, and how important the energy you put out can change others. Sitting outside to practice mindfulness is vastly different than being indoors and doing so.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Basic Needs & Security
What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

Korean veggi side dishes with tofu soup and seaweed!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Climate & Ecosystems
What was your experience like plogging, or engaging in another way to collect litter while being outside? Was there any item you collected that was unusual that you found?

Enjoyable as I noticed another great human being picked up a piece of trash a few paces ahead of me. No unusual items out of the ordinary that are typically found on a trail/park.
