    I made dandelion salad. I've been wanting to try it for a couple of years but was a little scared of it. Today, I finally picked some dandelions with my son from our backyard (we never spray). We used the leaves to make a salad, which was surprisingly good. We washed the flowers and will be making tea tomorrow morning and we also washed the roots which we plan on roasting to make dandelion "coffee." So exciting!

    The vast majority of products have fragrance. What is surprising is the fragrance-free products are harder to find.

    Pasta with zucchini and cherry tomatoes. It tastes delicious hot or cold. Even my little ones ask for more.

    I have been trying to do one meatless or vegan meal per day (either lunch or dinner). I have a question, so eggs are technically not a meat, but do they count towards a meatless meal?
