I was reading poem this week and the final line was 'if i have spent time in the woods with you I must really love you' I loved this sentiment, outside is a wonderful space to connect with self and others.

I donated this week to my neighborhood little food pantry via Teresa's amazon wishlist. Our neighbor organizes it in her front yard and it has become our community hub. Our elderly neighbors in the area use it along with people in need passing thru (we live right at our city's largest public park) This pantry is accessible to many underserved in the area. Feels good helping others with items we often take for granted.

What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?
