It makes people less observant to nature and what is happening to our environment if they are not actually outdoors to see the effects of climate change.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

This is a practice that I struggle to stay with consistently which is why I selected it to force me to make an attempt every day to practice being mindful. I am still struggling to do this daily but am hoping the Earth Month challenge will help me to embrace this practice.

I am having more days of being able to achieve my goals then not getting all of them so I feel like that is a win!

First time participating in the Ecochallenge, just recently joined the SustainABILITY ARG. Looking forward to growing my knowledge and improving my personal commitment around the environment. I picked my daily challenges to help me work on self care while enjoying the beauty of nature.
