Jodie McDonald 4/25/2023 5:49 AMThis is a practice that I struggle to stay with consistently which is why I selected it to force me to make an attempt every day to practice being mindful. I am still struggling to do this daily but am hoping the Earth Month challenge will help me to embrace this practice. -

Looking forward to growing my knowledge and improving my personal commitment around the environment. I picked my daily challenges to help me work on self care while enjoying the beauty of nature.
