    My husband has dementia and this exercise is helping me to concentrate on constructive communication and mindfulness. There is a definite need to practice patience and remain calm in challenging situations.

    Constructive communication is a good intentional habit for home in particular as well as with friends and in the workplace. Think before you speak.
