    Helps me to be more satisfied with both my work and personal life. Decreases burnout and allows me to focus on personal hobbies. It might contribute to sustainability more broadly by helping people to get away from technology and go outside!

    I was surprised by how much I have to learn about the food I eat. I have not used these lists before, but I will start incorporating them in our weekly meal planning and grocery haul.
