    My favorite meatless meal is a creamy mushroom rosotto. I have never made it, don't have a recipe. But I sure do like to see it on a menu. :)

    I think the important point for us to consider is choices that keeps water in the same watershed, that’s more important than water conservation without watershed considerations.
