    I live in the country and do not have a water bill, but that does not mean I can waste water at whim. To reduce water use, I can continue to take quicker showers and not run the water when brushing my teeth. Also, my family uses geothermal, but we do use gas for our stove. For electricity, I could have my computer turned off when I am not using it, I could also do the same to any T. V's that are on for no reason.
