Amanda Oskam 4/17/2023 7:27 AMI've written the following about my exploration of the neighborhoods of DC:
I've never been happier to see the color pink,
splashed against grey asphalt.
I have no qualms with the petals,
floating down from tree branches.
I don't mind the thunder,
because I love the smell of grass following the rain.

Amanda Oskam 4/03/2023 2:06 PMI wrote a haiku about my experience walking amongst the Cherry Blossoms in Washington, DC!
beauty in my eye,
falling petals in my hair,
spring is everywhere~-
