I also always avoid to go breakfast by making a coffee for me and my team during our morning kickoff meeting, Also bringing food from home it's also a great way to avoid unnecessary packaging material waste. Always think about your little choices because when you put them all together they make a big difference!

REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & LivelihoodHow does practicing a work-life balance create a more sustainable life for you? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
Nick Pavesi 4/08/2023 1:03 AMI think it's a matter of little choices. For example every morning I prefer to use my bicycle to go to work and if it's a rainy day taking a train will not impact the environment as much as a fuel car or a motorcycle do.
I also always avoid to go breakfast by making a coffee for me and my team during our morning kickoff meeting, Also bringing food from home it's also a great way to avoid unnecessary packaging material waste.
