"Big Mac" Vegan Pizza. It turned out so good. My vegetarian daughter loved it as well as my carnivore husband. I've never had a Big Mac, but my husband has and said that it was close to that. The sauce was a little spicy and next time I would add extra pickles. It's a must to eat all at once and the lettuce gets a little soggy after reheating.

So far so good this month. I am just coming off from vacation, so the past week was not as easy. I am looking for a recommendation for a documentary on equity, health, gender or peace if anyone can share! Also looking to try a new vegetarian or vegan recipe. My daughter is vegetarian and we are always looking for a new recipe....She doesn't love most vegetables, but likes tomatoes, cucumbers, raw carrots, all beans and raw celery.
