    How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

    I made a salad . i used green onions and kept the ends of them and put them in water to re-root them . i will plant them in soil in a few days and grow more green onion from those roots.
    I am going to try to re-root and regrow some more vegetables like romaine lettuce

      I'm trying this out too! I don't know if I have given them enough light to regrow. I'm also saving veggie scraps (onion skins, carrot peels) in my freezer to make broth once I have collected enough.

    I like to try new meals and i like vegetarian meals the meal i made was Black bean burgers It was a delicious meal and very filling
