One tip for you water bottle drinkers, Try aluminum bottles instead of plastic. Many different water makers have variations of their bottles in aluminum bottles, such as my personal pick, Waiākea Hawaiian Volcanic Water. Itʻs one of the best waters that can come from the Aloha state. You can find the bottles at Target for roughly $2.99 a bottle.

It's been proven to turn off the water while brushing your teeth, That is one main thing I will be trying next for water conservation habits.

What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

That more or less refers to the modern generation of teens, who mainly spend time indoors playing video games, watching Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, or doing other stuff that involves both a screen and their door/window closed to prevent natural light from entering, and totally missing out on a nice day outside, I feel that everyone should get a chance to get outside and enjoy a breath of fresh air, go walking somewhere, by a lake, through a town, or even as simple as walking to a park, biking, scootering, or running. Whatever floats your boat and whatever you can do to be outside, anything works.

Anyone else from MN might remember the summer-like temps we had a few weeks ago? You bet I was outside as much as I could to enjoy the nice weather, before spring temps made a return.
