    Browned Mushrooms, in vegan butter with garlic and shallots and plum tomatoes. I made this today for lunch, once cooked put this on a slice of 7 grain bread, taste great and doesnt leave you craving meat.

    I made smash potatoes and used the potato water to cook some shrimp. Combining the two with a salad for a great dinner.

    I come from a large family and so taking a 5 minute shower is easy to get back to. To increase the water footprint process, I will compile my dishes from the whole day and use the smartwash feature on my dishwasher
