    I participated in an American Red Cross -Sound the Alarm event to Install and educate smoke alarms in peoples homes. It was a great experience to know I was able to potentially save lives and educate otherson fire safety and evacuation planning.

    Having a good work life balance reduces stress and allows for more frequent opportunities to think about how to improve and participate in efforts to sustain our natural world.
