REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Janet Sapp 4/12/2023 2:03 PMStaying inside all the time causes depression. Mental illnesses have seemed to skyrocket since the pandemic when everyone had to stay home and mostly stayed inside. Taking a walk or just sitting outside helps to clear your mind. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?
Janet Sapp 4/12/2023 2:00 PMOne surprise is that bananas are not on either list. I have used these lists before and usually buy organic.
