    Taking a bath using a bucket of water and a plastic mug will limit the use of water, which is in use now.

    Walking and biking are the two activities that has generated daily usage of limbs which in turn has given me the health benefits in general.

    Being outside collecting litter was un-ending process but I felt quite satisfactory on my part. There were no unusual items.

    I have solar 24 solar panels (8'x4') on the roof of my house in Iselin, NJ, installed in 2012. I will calculate how much electricity will be produced in April 2023.

    Commute by bicycle, train and walk to work and back from Monday to Friday. This is my practice in place for the past 20 years.
