    Loved trying a new vegetarian recipe tonight, Chile Rellenos!! Definitely a labor of love, but my hubs and MIL are absolutely worth it!!

    I never considered the shelf life of frozen fruit being optimal within 4 weeks! I will consider that rather than bulk up on it, and thaw in the fridge!
