B Singh 4/30/2023 5:37 PMI am glad I joined the eco-challenge, a little late to join; however, grateful to join k-bee stewards for their support and taking on the challenge. A very heartfelt thanks to our team leader Banu E for her leadership and decision to bring this to Kitsap Bank. A great motivation for many team members to get involved and excited about ways of sharing, caring and improving for environment and our planet for centuries to come. Every one person makes a small contribution, in whatever way possible and that brings about a positive impact in the bigger picture, one person at a time and one day a time. Thanks to everyone who have decided to join the bandwagon of eco-challenge and committed to continuing their efforts beyond. Best to all. -
B Singh 4/29/2023 9:02 PMTook a nature walk in Bellevue's Botanical Garden, several different tracks totaling ~2.5 miles and walked from home to get there another 1.2-mile walk- what a great way to spend a wonderful sunny and warm evening! Enjoyed every stride and every bit of nature that surrounded us, from the evergreen tall trees, natural growing shrubs to the beautiful, planted gardens.-
B Singh 4/30/2023 5:44 PMThanks Katerina, it is a sanctuary in the midst of our growing city of brick and mortars! We like to take some time-out for pleasant quiet walks during weekends, itis refreshing. -

Eight team members from Bellevue team of Kitsap Bank participated, led by Banu and Katerina. Teh project was to clean-out blackberry bushes from the Juanita Park grounds, in Kirkland, WA. It was fun, enjoyable, and engaging. It also created a sense of willingness to participate more often in similar projects more often than just once a year. Way to go, GREAT TEAMWORK, and thanks to everyone who participated today. We accomplished a great deal of work that had been put aside for the past several years.
