    I repaired a ripped sweatshirt I received for xmas. This was not the first time I have sewed, but I am still a novice. My recommendation is to watch Youtube instructional videos.

    Practicing work-life balance allows me to devote more energy to other goals in my life. This includes relationships/friendships, hobbies, and sustainability objectives!
