Volunteering is something that is very close to me. Recently we had been to a Govt school on the outskirts of Bangalore in a place called Tummanhalli. This school previously didnt even have drinking water facilities, and now HP has made arrangements for the same. Everytime I visit this school it brings me so much joy, I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them.

Donating to the needy is a great way to improve the conditions in your neighborhood or community. Donating food to the worthy people or organizations helps counter poverty, hunger and at the same time, it can improve harmony, friendliness, and trust among residents. Research has shown that giving usually makes people feel some kind of happiness, even if that giving requires a small sacrifice. It has also been demonstrated that happy people tend to give more

Trees help us feel less stressed and more restored. Spending time around trees and looking at trees reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and improves mood. Numerous studies show that both exercising in forests and simply sitting looking at trees reduce blood pressure as well as the stress-related hormones cortisol and adrenaline.
