Andrea Start 4/10/2023 9:29 AMI made a lot of vegan dishes in the past week, including lemony lentil soup, nachos, (with vegan chorizo and Daiya cheese) and vegan chili with quinoa. The chili wasn't my favorite, but the nachos turned out amazing, and the soup is something I make often that just happens to be vegan. :)
