    What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

    Mindfulness to me is pause, reflect and listen for the lingering thoughts at that exact moment. 1)Self-assess where and why this thinking/thought is important at this moment. 2)Make friends with the thoughts and say 3) give yourself (intrapersonal dialogue) advice that you would be to a friend.

    Practicing mindfulness during Earth Month bring higher awareness and more intrinsic meaning to my mindfulness exercise, especially, when I step out in nature/garden/any green landscape and send a gratitude back to nature. For instance, "Thank you beautiful green healthy tree for providing me with the clean fresh air." Or, "Thank you wildflower to adding color to life." =)

    Practicing a quick short mindfulness exercise during Earth Month, this act begets more SDG's ideas.
