    shorter showers but also turn off the faucet when brushing teeth, washing dishes, etc. sometimes, forget to do so but being very mindful now.

    Falafel with green salad, quinoa, and tahini. Made it up based on a dish that I had at a restaurant near my house

    Very troubling how many of store-bought products have toxic/harmful ingredients. EWG database is invaluable.

    very unhealthy to just stay indoors. need sun, need fresh air, need to get out of the office environment
